Ethics & Policies
Code of ethics & policies
If you book a reading or any other service with me, it is understood that you have read and that you agree to my policies and way of working outlined below.
☆ I will always show up in my Tarot practice with truth, integrity and compassion.
☆ I welcome you as a client without judgement, regardless of gender identity, sexual preference, race or religion.
☆ I will always treat you with professionalism, respect and integrity.
☆ I maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and privacy and will never share your information or details of a reading without prior approval.
☆ I share with you the messages that I see in the Tarot cards with honesty, transparency and compassion.
☆ I read the Tarot for guidance in all areas of life – love and relationships, work and career, personal development and spiritual growth. However, if you need advice in any area where I am not qualified (e.g. medical, mental health, legal, financial), I will encourage you to seek out professional advice.
☆ I respect your free will and ability to make your own decisions. Through my readings, I provide guidance and insight intended to empower you to make choices with confidence that are aligned with your values, purpose and the highest good of all concerned.
☆ I encourage you to take responsibility for the decisions and actions you take following a Tarot reading. And I will sometimes offer prompts, action points and affirmations to support you in this.
☆ I am not psychic and do not make definitive predictions about future outcomes or dates.
☆ For the same reason, and out of respect to others, I do not provide readings on third parties (e.g. “is my ex seeing someone else?”). Where possible, I will work with you to refocus the reading around a question/s directly related to you.
☆ As a general rule I do not read for minors and would only do so with the express permission from a parent or legal guardian.
☆ I reserve the right to decline a reading if I feel the subject matter falls outside my ethical or professional boundaries, or if I feel we are not a good match in terms of expectations and delivery.
