First impressions
There is something quite magnetic about The Magician. He appears powerful and focused, full of intention. He is making something happen.
What is happening in the card?
Here is the first character that The Fool meets on his journey. His stance is confident and powerful – wand raised in right hand to the sky and left hand pointing to downwards – as he draws down energy to the earth from above.
The Magician is surrounded by flowers, white lilies and red roses, above and below him. A lemniscate floats above his head – the infinity symbol.
In front of him we see a Wand, a Cup, a Sword and a Pentacle – representing the suits of Tarot and the elements of Fire, Water, Air and Earth – indicating that he has all he needs at his disposal to bring his will in to action, his ideas to fruition.
How can we relate to this card?
This is a great card to tap into when we want to harness our talents and gifts to manifest goals and dreams in the real world. But first we must imagine and speak those dreams before taking inspired positive action and manifesting them in our lives.
